This website is operated by THRIVE GROUP HOMES LLC (“Thrive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains how information is handled through www.thrivegrouphomes.org.
2. Information you provide
When you submit an admission inquiry, we collect the information entered into the form, including your first name, last name, email address, and message. The form is intended only for general questions and callback requests.
3. Admission inquiries
The website form is used for admission inquiries, general questions, and callback requests. An authorized Thrive administrator receives these inquiries through the business email account.
4. How admission inquiries are processed
Squarespace processes the form submission, makes it available through the site's Form Submitters/Contacts tools, and sends an email notification to admin@thrivegrouphomes.com. Access is limited to Thrive's authorized administrator. Google reCAPTCHA is enabled to reduce automated abuse.
5. How we use information
We use website inquiry information to respond to questions and callback requests, provide general information about admission availability and next steps, protect the website and form against fraud, spam, and misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Squarespace uses necessary cookies to operate the website and remember visitor preferences. The site's cookie controls also provide optional Performance and Analytics cookies used to measure visits and traffic sources, and optional Advertising cookies used to support interest-based advertising. Those optional categories remain off unless a visitor consents. Visitors can choose Customize, Reject Non-Essential, or Accept All and can reopen Cookie Settings to change their choice.
7. Browser tracking choices
The website does not currently use a separate process to respond to a browser's “Do Not Track” signal. Visitors can use Cookie Settings to control optional cookies. Squarespace and approved analytics or advertising providers may collect information about online activity over time and across different websites when the applicable optional category is enabled by the visitor.
8. Service providers and external links
We use Squarespace to host and operate the site, process forms, provide cookie controls, and support website analytics and security functions. Inquiry notifications are delivered through Thrive's business email provider. Links to Instagram and Facebook take visitors to services with their own privacy practices.
Thrive does not sell website inquiry information or use it for unrelated third-party marketing.
9. Retention and deletion
General website inquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the inquiry is resolved. Information may be retained longer if it becomes part of an active admission record or if retention is required for legal, regulatory, safety, or recordkeeping purposes. To request deletion of a general website inquiry, email admin@thrivegrouphomes.com. Thrive will evaluate the request and delete information that it is not required or permitted to retain.
10. Security
Thrive uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information it handles. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
11. Your choices and questions
Visitors can manage optional cookies through Cookie Settings. Questions, corrections, or deletion requests concerning website information may be emailed to admin@thrivegrouphomes.com.
12. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top of the policy will identify the current version.
